Bayers \u00dcbernahmeangebot f\u00fcr Monsanto wird wohl erh\u00f6ht, das pfeifen die Spatzen von den D\u00e4chern. Doch um wieviel? Das urspr\u00fcngliche Gebot von 122 Dollar je Monsanto-Aktie war schlie\u00dflich auch kein Pappenstil. Das summierte sich bereits auf 62 Mrd. Dollar. Und dies war dem Monsanto-Management zu wenig. Man lehnte aber \u2013 mit dem Hinweis, dass man bei einem passenden Preis auch anders entscheiden k\u00f6nnte. Bedeutete im Klartext: Erh\u00f6ht das Angebot, dann schauen wir weiter. Die Abw\u00e4rtsbewegung beschleunigt sich !<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit machen Ger\u00fcchte die Runde, dass das neue Bayer-Gebot bei 135 Dollar je Monsanto-Aktie liegen k\u00f6nnte. Wie gesagt \u2013 Ger\u00fcchte. Offiziell ist das keineswegs. Deshalb notiert die Monsanto-Aktie auch weiterhin deutlich unter dieser Marke \u2013 bzw. sogar unter dem Gebot von 122 Dollar. So pendelte die Aktie im New Yorker Handel am Dienstag um 112 Dollar. Offensichtlich sind mehr als einige Marktteilnehmer nicht davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Bayer-\u00dcbernahme auch tats\u00e4chlich erfolgreich sein wird. Vielleicht w\u00e4re das f\u00fcr Bayer selbst sogar besser, denn die \u00dcbernahme k\u00f6nnte nur durch hohe neue Schulden und neue Aktien durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Die kommenden Tage k\u00f6nnten deshalb sehr spannend bei Bayer werden \u2013 kommt es zu einer Erh\u00f6hung des Angebots und wenn ja, in welcher H\u00f6he? Wie bereits zuvor gesagt: Die Bayer-Aktie f\u00e4nde ich auf aktuellem Niveau durchaus interessant &#8211; wenn ich wissen w\u00fcrde, dass die \u00dcbernahme von Monsanto <strong>nicht<\/strong> gelingt&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>(Bayer-Aufsichtsratsmitglied Heinz Georg Webers sah das Niveau auch als g\u00fcnstig&#8230;jedenfalls kaufte der Mann den offiziellen Zahlen zufolge am 27.
