Es wird dar\u00fcber diskutiert, ob das chinesische Unternehmen San\u2019an die Osram AG komplett \u00fcbernimmt. Wie so oft, sto\u00dfen solchen Anliegen nicht nur auf Gegenliebe. Aus politischer Sicht ist man dagegen, weil damit wahrscheinlich ein Arbeitsplatzabbau verbunden ist. Als Zweites steht der Verkauf der eigenen Osram-Lichtsparte an. Das Lampengesch\u00e4ft soll f\u00fcr circa 400 Mio. Euro verkauft werden. Auch das wird von Politikern und Gewerkschaftern mehr oder weniger behindert.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte nur eines der Gesch\u00e4fte abgewickelt werden k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcsste der Aktienkurs davon profitieren k\u00f6nnen. Weil jedoch das Aufw\u00e4rtsmomentum stark ist, m\u00fcsste der Widerstand \u00fcberwindbar sein. Mit dem Kursanstieg seit ein paar Tagen ergibt sich ein interessantes Chance-Risiko-Verh\u00e4ltnis. Zum Trendkanal l\u00e4sst sich eine Hilfslinie ziehen, die als Stop-Loss-Linie benutzt werden kann. Als Trader kann man wunderbar im Trade bleiben, solange der der Wochenschlusskurs nicht unterhalb der Hilfslinie liegt.
