Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte deutsche Automobilzulieferer f\u00fchrt mit Unternehmensberatern interne Gespr\u00e4che. Es geht darum, den Konzern komplett umzubauen. Profitable Bereiche sollen von den weniger profitablen getrennt werden. Es steht die Idee im Raum, dass Continental aufgeteilt wird in eine <strong>Holding-Gesellschaft<\/strong>. Wenn die profitablen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche eigenst\u00e4ndig an die B\u00f6rse gebracht werden, dann ist mit einer gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Aktienbewertung zu rechnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Informationsgespr\u00e4che sind nach internen Angaben noch in einem fr\u00fchen Stadium. Daher ist eine Entscheidung noch nicht gefallen. Den B\u00f6rsianern ist das wohl egal, sie handeln die Zukunft, und man geht fest von der angedachten Holdinggesellschaft aus. Zeitweise lag die Aktie am Dienstag mit mehr als sieben Prozent im Plus.<\/p>\n<p>Interessanterweise haben schon einige Tage zuvor Banken und Analysten <strong>neue Kaufempfehlungen<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Aktie herausgegeben. Allerdings gab es in 2015 ein vorl\u00e4ufiges Ende des Aufw\u00e4rtstrends. Anschlie\u00dfend ging die Aktie \u00fcber einen langen Zeitraum in die Konsolidierung \u00fcber. Man kann sagen, dass 2016 und 2017 eine Phase der Ruhe war. Mit den neuesten Meldungen zum Unternehmen, konnte nun das Wertpapier den alten Widerstand bei 225 Euro \u00fcberwinden. Wenn eine Konsolidierungsphase zwei Jahre andauerte, kann man davon ausgehen, dass die Trend Fortsetzung sehr lange andauern wird.
