Die deutsche Bayer AG rechnet nach einem schwierigen Jahr 2017 nur mit einen m\u00e4\u00dfigem Fortschritt f\u00fcr 2018. Die Unternehmensleitung geht davon aus, dass sich auf Umsatz- und Gewinnebene wenig Steigung<\/strong> erzielen l\u00e4sst. Die Analystensch\u00e4tzungen f\u00fcr 2017 wurden in etwa getroffen. Um einen positiven Kursschub zu erzielen, muss man nat\u00fcrlich die Erwartungen \u00fcbertreffen<\/strong>. Daher sind die Zahlen f\u00fcr 2017 und die Prognosen f\u00fcr 2018 eher als Entt\u00e4uschung zu bewerten. Das macht sich auch beim schw\u00e4cheren Aktienkurs bemerkbar.
\nDie \u00dcbernahme des US-Saatgutherstellers Monsanto<\/strong> ist keine einfache Angelegenheit. Wegen ausstehender Genehmigungen rechnet Bayer erst im zweiten Quartal 2018 mit dem Abschluss der Unternehmens\u00fcbernahme.
\nHinzu kommt, dass B\u00f6rsianer die Produkte von Monsanto mit umweltsch\u00e4digenden Pflanzenschutzmitteln und Gentechnologie verbinden. Aus Sicht der Corporate Identity schafft die \u00dcbernahme f\u00fcr Bayer mehr Probleme als vermutet. Bayer haftet nun ein negatives Image an.<\/strong>. Das bedeutet wenig Zukunftsphantasie.<\/p>\n

Technische Ausgangssituation der Bayer-Aktie<\/h3>\n

Seit dem Kurstief von 2016 konnte sich die Aktie erholen. Bis zum Juni 2017 stieg deshalb der Kurs mit stabilem Schwung. Dabei bildete sich ein Widerstand zwischen 124 und 125 Euro<\/strong>. In Verbindung mit den Informationen zur Monsanto-\u00dcbernahme br\u00f6ckelte anschlie\u00dfend der Kurs immer weiter ab. Es besteht zurzeit die Gefahr, dass sich sogar ein Abw\u00e4rtstrend etablieren k\u00f6nnte. Die eingezeichnete Trendgabel (Pitchfork) weist steil nach unten<\/strong>, und deutet weitere Kursverluste an.
\nNormalerweise sind runde Kursmarken wie 100 Euro starke psychologische Grenzen. Das bedeutet, der Kurs h\u00e4tte bei 100 Euro eine Unterst\u00fctzung finden sollen. Wie man jedoch im Chart sieht, sind die aktuellen Finanzdaten kein Argument, um die Aktie zu kaufen. Vermutlich wird der Kurs sogar noch weiter durchgereicht.
