Schlie\u00dflich ist das Unternehmen <strong>technologie-stark und wettbewerbsrechtlich hervorragend aufgestellt<\/strong>. Obwohl sich die Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten hinsichtlich der Bilanzierung \u00fcber einen langen Zeitraum hinziehen, schien es \u201eundenkbar\u201c, dass der Wirecard-Vorstand mit betr\u00fcgerischer Absicht Bilanzen f\u00e4lscht.<\/p>\n<p>Heute war ein wichtiger Termin f\u00fcr Wirecard-Aktion\u00e4re, denn das Unternehmen musste einen testierten Jahresabschluss vorzeigen. Bisher wurde die Zertifizierung immer wieder verschoben, so dass die Unruhe bei den Aktion\u00e4ren immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer wurde.<br \/>\nBei der heutigen Pressekonferenz musste nun der Wirecard-Vorstand einr\u00e4umen, dass das Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsunternehmen Ernst&amp;Young <strong>keinen Abschluss anbieten kann<\/strong>. Ernst&amp;Young informierte dar\u00fcber, dass die Beweise f\u00fcr die Existenz von Bankguthaben auf speziellen Treuhandkonten nicht ausreichen. Es dreht sich hierbei um einen Betrag von 1,9 Milliarden Euro. <strong>Anscheinend gibt es Indizien f\u00fcr eine von Wirecard vorgenommene T\u00e4uschung<\/strong>. Wenn diese Indizien sich als Wahrheit entpuppen sollten, dann ist von einer kriminellen Handlung auszugehen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wirecard versucht selbstverst\u00e4ndlich die Kritik zu entkr\u00e4ften und spricht von einem gigantischen Betrug gegen\u00fcber Wirecard. Ob der Vorstand noch glaubw\u00fcrdig ist, muss jeder Aktion\u00e4r f\u00fcr sich selbst entscheiden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Desaster f\u00fcr Wirecard k\u00f6nnte sich noch einmal versch\u00e4rfen. Sollte n\u00e4mlich der testierte Jahresabschluss nicht bis zum 19.Juni vorliegen, dann w\u00e4ren Wirecard\u00b4s Kreditgeber dazu berechtigt, Kredite in H\u00f6he von 2 Milliarden Euro zu k\u00fcndigen. <strong>Somit k\u00f6nnte das Unternehmen in eine Zahlungsunf\u00e4higkeit getrieben werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Aktion\u00e4re quittieren die aktuelle Situation mit panikartigen Verk\u00e4ufen der Aktie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong> Die aktuelle Situation um Wirecard ist nicht mehr f\u00fcr einen professionellen B\u00f6rsianer ertr\u00e4glich.
